Rules Governing Your Use of DigiWorku

These Terms of Service govern all client engagements, platform access, and service delivery agreements between DigiWorku and its clients, partners, and registered users.

By accessing digiworku.in or engaging DigiWorku services, you agree to comply with these terms. DigiWorku reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes communicated via email to registered clients at least 14 days before they take effect.

All project deliverables produced by DigiWorku remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of agreed milestone fees. Code, designs, video assets, and brand materials are transferred to client ownership after the final invoice is paid and confirmed.

Payment is structured in milestones tied to project delivery stages. DigiWorku is not liable for delays caused by client-side feedback latency, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
